Week ordered an assortment of baby chicks from Murray McMurray hatcheries straight run. Most of the birds we haven’t been identified yet 3 weeks old today. This is the biggest chick we have and has been a mystery and been very timid out of the 17 chicks we received.
That's a uniquely-patterned chick! And I'm probably wrong, but I'm guessing a Golden Campine? I think that was the first thing that came to my mind. But if those pretty, fuzzy grey feathers on the face sticks out like a beard, then I'll agree with the others about it being an Easter Egger.
