What breed is this chick?

We received this as the "Free Rare Chick" from McMurray Hatchery and it is our favorite but we don't know what breed or gender the chick is! Any ideas?

I was hoping that we were all wrong and he would be a she! We aren't allowed roosters and he is everyone's favorite to watch
