It does honestly I wouldn't be surprised I know the woman I got them from has a silkie mix roo and she does have an extra toe

His chicks with an Unknown Black Rose Comb hen hatched out quite interesting colours.

Your rooster is a mixed breed. Not exactly sure what's in the mix, likely a mix of mixes. So, putting him over what's likely a mixed hen will give you lots of pretty surprises!
