What breed is this drop off chick

Someone dropped this chick off at my brothers house and we don't know what breed it is we don't know the age since someone just knock on their door and ran so I don't think I know if it's a roo or hen but for now just knowing what breed

It's too young to guess with any accuracy what it's breed is. It does look to be about 3 weeks old. Post again in another 3 to 5 weeks, when it's more feathered in.
