What breed is this fuzzy chick?

Had to trade in a couple chicks that grew into roosters, and found this fuzzy fella on Craigslist. Gonna pick it up in a couple days, but wondered what variety it is. It is the white one not the black one.

not only that but it also has a beard and appears to be a pullet

splash sizzle (frizzled silkie) Looks like it may be a hen, hard to tell on the frizzles. One in front is a roo, see the pointed hackle(neck) and saddle(back) feathers? When you go the look at/buy it, check those feathers.

Thanks everyone. Hoping it IS a hen, as roosters aren't allowed in town where I live. Realize I put 'fella' in the initial post. Whoops.
