No eggs but no dramatic change in appearance or crowing either, right? Some pullets are slooooow and since you don't know her history, she may be younger than you thought or slightly delayed from poor nutrition early on.

FWIW, I have a really weird looking "Welsummer" that's absolutely female but even the Brahma has started laying now and I'm still waiting on her. You'd think starting her baby molt before the rest were even done feathering would mean she'd be early, right? Nope.

The EE actually looks like a rooster to me, since there are red wing patches on it. Only boys have red wing patches I thought...

There's a difference between brown leakage on the wings and rooster patches. Look at some pictures of red sexlink roosters and Amberlink hens and note the difference in shade/appearance of the red/brown leakage. It's not the presence/absence of color that matters, it's the shade/location.
