anyone know what breed this is? Got it in a “rainbow layer pullets pack” from Meyer. All 2 weeks old but this chick is easily twice as big as the other chicks. It’s hard to get a good picture of it, sorry.
All yellow with one black wing. So big! I’m terrified it’s like a Cornish cross that snuck in or something. Ease my mind y’all

Doubt it is a cornish X they are usually all white.

Maybe a Delaware or wyandotte. Will be easier to tell when the comb starts developing. Wyandottes all should have cushion combs. Delaware I believe has a single...

Usually, most hatcheries have a list of breeds that may be included in the assortment pack, go back and find the "rainbow layer pullet pack" and see what breeds they have listed. All the hatcheries I have ordered from that have packs list the names of the breeds you could get. It is definitely not a Cornish cross, they are all white and grow feathers much slower than other birds. The chick does not look much bigger than that buff chick next to it. I'm not sure what breed it is, wait till it is older and then send more pics, it is hard to tell the breed of a young chicken, lots of breeds have a very similar starting look.
