What breed is this tiny little rooster?

This itty bitty guy was from a batch of mixed bantams at tracker supply end of last summer. All along I've thought he is an old English game bantam, but here this last week or so he had begun to Cock-A-Doodle and has also began standing and strutting around in this very strange erect way like no other chicken I have lol he also is much smaller than even my other OEGBs. He's absolutely adorable.... But, what breed is he actually? Thank you

Not sure about the color pattern but seramas stand erect like that.

His patterning almost looks like a creole pattern. Maybe a serama? Not exactly sure. @Gray Farms is usually good at this guessing game.
