You were lied to. That is a white leghorn and there is no special breed designed that will out lay a white leghorn.
That is what leghorns were designed and bred for.
There are certain strains of leghorns that are bred for maximum production over everything else.
Here they're referred to as "production' leghorns. But they're still leghorns.

Hi Arknaf2! But these are commercial crosses (or egg laying hybrids), not pure breeds. In that case who sold him those chickens, shouldn't have said that they belong to a "special breed"

Indeed, they aren't pure WL, which I think are very hard to find!
