It's a roo, but that's about all I can tell from the pics.

It's a roo and it's blue but, that's all I can figure out. Nice lookin.

He is beautiful! His earlobe looks purple in the pic! Does he have iridescent earlobes?

I think your bird is a mature hen. I do not see any male feathering on it. It is probably a Blue Andalusian.
