What breed is your favorite rooster?

When I was a kid I love my old English games.

I have a Delaware and a Barred Rock now.

My favorite roo is Gravy, our old english game. Hubby loves him too!! He's friendly with us. He's so little and has a big attitude with our english mastiff thru the fence. He remembers when Bisqit got out and Lily ran around the yard with her in her mouth. No one was hurt....well Lily might have been sore from me tackling her in the yard..haha, but he is very protective of his girls now.

My favorite rooster in the main yard is the welsummer rooster. When I open the coop door he always comes out talking and is so hilarious.

My favorite rooster was the late-great Barred Rock, Hawkeye. He was a perfect gentleman, the perfect protector and sweet and sociable with me and my DH. His son Zane is trying to recover from an injury and he's a total lap rooster, more so than his father. Sure hope he heals up and can take his place as the new leader of the laying flock. I love my Barred Rocks! Sorry, Suede, you're right up with the greats, too. Suede, the Blue Orp in my avatar, is a wonderful, non-people-aggressive rooster. He's a sweetie, but Hawkeye will always hold first place in my heart, may he rest in peace.

Our Serama rooster is by far our sweetest rooster. He's good with the girls, sweet to humans (lets you hold him and pet him and he'll fall asleep), and never fights with the other roosters (only once, but only for a few seconds and never again).
