What breed might this little roo be?

Long story short, I took two roos and a hen to our small local fair. Turns out the poultry judge didn't show, and one other lady and I were the only ones who brought chickens. When I checked mid-week, they still hadn't found a qualified judge, but the official said the lady that brought the others- numbering about 15 roos, didn't want them, and asked if I did. I don't have anywhere to keep that many roos, but there was an Americauna that I liked, and I agreed to buy him at the end of the fair. He marked the roo's tag SOLD. Pick up day was the Sunday Hurricane Irma came through Alabama! Well, when I went back to collect my two roos and hen, and the new roo, he was gone, along with all the others but one. The only one left was this little guy, and I couldn't leave him behind. Does anyone have a clue as to what breed he might be? All the others were a distinct breed, but this one stumps me. I've seen pics that are similar, but just don't know. Thanks!

I’m hoping he’s not going to end up a bantam. He’s younger and smaller than the Easter Eggers pullets I have him in the pen with. The pics make him look a little darker than he is. Guess I’ll know that for sure when I hear him crow- he hasn’t yet, as far as I know.

I would guess that he is a blue cuckoo variety. That would explain the barring. He could be an Andalusian. Is there any white in his earlobes?
