They're bleached, which a productive layer is usually best identified.I can't tell if the legs are white or yellow. If they're white then Plymouth Rock of any color is out. If she lays a dark brown egg, then I'd be more confident of the Barnevelder.
I've just never seen a partridge Rock so dark. They are more of a gorgeous deep red.
Interesting bird, nonetheless!
