I bought a few bantums at local feed store when they were few days old, but breeds were unknown. Any Idea what breed these girls are? Please and thank you. Note the Black and gray girl and the full light gray girls are booted, also the solid black thin girl has light black legs and light green earlobes. Please and thank you. :) Black & Gray Girl.jpg Black Girl.jpg Gray Girl.jpg White Girl.jpg

1 looks more like a birchen Cochin cockerel to me
2 agree it's probably a black Dutch bantam pullet. Could be a Minorca or white faced black Spanish bantam pullet, too.
3 maybe self blue instead of porcelain d'uccles. Pullet.
4 agree with the others
Yeah. Birchen
My screen shows the spots of a porcelain on the d'Uccles though.

No, I raise those in large fowl... I think the comb is too small. And mine get their white faces fairly early. :pop

BUT... learning every day. So maybe. :wee
No, I will take your word for it. It was just a thought based on her body conformation, but she's probably a hatchery quality Dutch.

I've always wanted to breed white faced black Spanish, especially now that they've become so rare. Do you know a good source for them?
