What breed of chicken are these?

We have two chickens that were bought as black copper Marans to replace our two that got killed by neighborhood dogs, however, they both look nothing alike now that they’re older and don’t resemble our original Marans at all.

1st 2 pics are of one. It had a poof on its head and the last 3 are the other one
