Help wanted! What breed are these BLACK chicks? I know there is a Rhode Island Red (she likes to photobomb).

Hi! I am newly registered to this website, so I hope someone sees this.
About 9 weeks ago, I purchased two baby chicks from a Coastal Community Store. The cashier who checked me out forgot to give me my paper on the breed of chick I got. I think I remember seeing something about them being Bantams, but I’m not sure. I’ve been watching them grow and I still cannot figure out what they are!
There is one rooster and one hen. The rooster is the one with the large red cone. I have attached pictures that I took of them growing up so maybe that will help.
If someone could help identify what breed they are it would really help me understand what to expect as they grow up.

Their names are Ebony (girl), and Toko (boy) (named after a favorite character who’s a black bird).
Before we knew Toko was a boy, (we did not mean to purchase a rooster but sometimes the workers have trouble telling what gender they are) his name was originally Cinders.
