I have ducks and chickens and I have them housed in the same shed...
The ducks do not roost so all of their nesting boxes are along the bottom, and the chicken boxes are stacked like regular chicken boxes. We do have a few roosts with boards along the bottom so the chickens do NOT poop on the ducks!!!

I do not have a picture of the roosts.... they are along the left wall, and along the sides of the door.... out of the picture.
