WHAT BREED OF ROOSTER?

Not a brown leghorn or phoenix.
Those both would have to have white earlobes.

As I pointed out already, the brown leghorn has white earlobes but the same color pattern, as buttonquailgirl14 said, it’s an old English game bantam.

You sure it’s not an OGEB ? since you know so much about it, what breed do you think it is ?

Never said I know anything about it other then some breeds I know it isnt.
OEGB are tiny compared to that bird.
Does resemble a game breed but could even be a mix.
That pattern is the wild type pattern there's dozens of breeds with that pattern so I'm not going to just start throwing out any and every breed that comes in that pattern.
That would be no help to the OP.
Most cases its easier to eliminate breeds then it is to nail down exactly what it is.
Someone will come a long that will pick up on minor details and know what it is with any luck but that won't be me.
I've raised several breeds in that pattern and it doesn't quite match anything I've raised.

Leg color and type are not correct for an OEGB. To me it actually looks like a red jungle fowl rooster or jungle fowl mixed with some kind of domestic breed. But who knows for sure? Suffice it to say you will find the same color pattern in OEGB or brown Leghorn roosters, and a whole lot more breeds as well. It's the typical wild type coloring.

lol he seems a little too small to worry much about, but to someone unfamiliar with chickens I guess he could be kind of scary.

You have an Indian Red Jungle Fowl. those are wild in a lot of countries overseas.
