What Breed(s)???

[Crazy for Chickens!]

I have this rooster, that we got from a neighbor. I'm sure he's mixed, but would like some input on what you think he's mixed with. My thoughts are possibly some Brown Leghorn. Because he does have a single comb. (It got frostbite) and he has white earlobes, and a smaller carriage. His legs are grey.
I just would like some of your opinions, because I have a chick that's half barred rock, and half him.

I’m no expert but all of his top half and back tail feathers look like my welsummer.

he almost looks like a Golden spangled hamburg but with a single comb and barring
