Our temps may not get quite that low, but it is not always sunny. I was in Tahoe one time in June and it snowed.

But on the other side, I totally freeze below 60 degrees! I am not sure I could survive in other states.

Did i ever told you that my wife was planning to move us from Houston Texas to rural Minnesota? She was reviewing properties around Duluth before i got wind of it and redirected us to West Virginia. I cannot survive those long winters you have up there, i would end up frozen solid in a ditch or insane in a sanctuary…

But we could have become fishing buddies!

I happily lived in Houston TX for ten years and we only got 10 inches of snow once - a strip of snow ten inches in long.
But my wife couldn't deal with the summer-heat, so we moved to West Virgina, you know: »Happy Wife, Happy life!«

Minnesota is a great place to visit....in the summer. The walleye fishing is amazing.

I lived in Dallas for 4 years. An inch in snow would shut the city down.

I miss the thunderstorms, but I don't miss the humidity. I know it was nothing compared to Houston. Everyone always told me an hour away from Houston you could feel the increase in humidity.

90/90 days of summer in Houston: 90F with 90% Humidity and a nice Thunderstorm in the afternoon. Loved it!
