I would almost say Black Copper Marans... But my foggiest guess would be cross breed of which will be hard to determine. Very handsome rooster indeed!

Definitely not a sex link, of any kind they are very pale or are barred. Where did you get him?

Ive looked up the breeds you all mentioned and almost all of them are similar looking to him but i dont think there is a way to know what he is for certain but thanks everyone for helping i greatly appreciate it.
