I was at TSC yesterday and they had 'assorted bantams'....I picked the 4 that all looked the same! But I have NO CLUE as to what they could be!?.

Ok... So 1 has a single comb that looks like a Serama (I have 3)... The other 3 have the flat wide comb...
I looked then up on the internet... Just put in "black and white bantam chick"... And the closest I saw was Japanese bantam. Although I didn't see OEGB. So I'll go look that up! But I've WANTED some OEG chiChick! So, I'm happy either way! WoohWO ! Lol

C for C is right, Black Japanese sport yellow legs. This could either be a Black OEGB, or a White Faced Black Spanish.

So, here's the other thing... They are from Hoover Hatchery...I don't think they sell the White faced Black Spanish...
When I pulled the images up on the internet, I was excited that they might be the White faced Black Spanish chick's... So, that narrows the field.

Ah, so your TSC is sourced by Hoover's. Thanks for making identification easier.

That would indeed confirm your single-combed baby as a Black OEGB. However, the others described.....wide, flat combs, right? Hoover's doesn't offer Black Rosecombs.
