What breed?

okey dokey then, if that's what you are talking about they are not actually legs and wings they are simply wings that have been section into what they call "drumettes and wingetts" I would assume the ones in the store come from CX because that is about all the large scale chicken industry grows. However you could use any bird for that, and I would assume that birds who actually use their wings (like a dual purpose) would give you meatier and tastier wing sections. Such as a Barred Rock or Buckeye.
