What breed?

We were sold these two as barred rocks from southern states but they are not feathering in like barred rocks. What else could they be?

they are 4 weeks old so they should have already started getting the bars... No? This is them sun bathing.

I love them now and couldn't part with them at this point but looking at pictures online it appears the majority opinion seems correct. Little upset I was sold the wrong breed but I guess it's my own fault for trusting them to sell me the correct chick. I should have looked it up. Lesson learned.
