What breeds have this colour?

I have Delawares and a copy of the APA Standard book.

Delawares are not considered to be "Columbian" colored. Their plumage description says that their necks, tails, and wing Primaries and Secondaries show "irregular indistinct black and white barring," while the rest of the plumage is white.

The Columbian plumage pattern described in the standard applies to "Brahma (light), Leghorn, Plymouth Rock, Wyandotte (large and bantam)."

When you see them in person at shows (sigh) (I sure miss the shows!) it's very clear that Columbian plumage is a much more precise and sharp pattern of black against white. In Delawares, the black is more of a suggestion.

Hope this helps!
