What can happen to chickens feet if they freeze?

These are his feet. His knuckle is really swollen. He can walk though but it is a limp.

Poor guy. His feet look pretty painful. The swelling is normal after frostbite, and could be a good sign that the tissue isn't dead. As I posted before, there may be several weeks before you can tell how much damage has been done. I would keep him inside, and keep some iodine or vetericyn on his feet to help prevent infection. The warm epsom salt soaks may help. Please read the links in post #3 if you haven't already. They are detailed threads about other chickens who've either lost toes or feet. Today his foot fell off. Well not all of his foot just his toes. He still has a stub of a foot. It was bleeding a little. He can still walk but he limps a little. I think that he is gonna be fine because he can still walk.
