What can my Chickens NOT EAT?

are there any plantsjor flowers can my chickens have? i am going to plant a garden in the pen for them and found seeds for Cosmos. some kind of flower? can they eat them?
I will plant grass and other stuff in the spring but thought I would just plant what I found in the drawer. I am sure I can find other stuff, and will be planting it in a wagon they have to play in. Thnaks for the help.

The only thing I've been warned against is
green potato peelings, and elephants!

Good deal cause my cat ate all the elephants I had yesterday and the store cant get any for at least a week

Seriously, though, chickens are the goats of the
fowl world. They will eat anything. But green potato
peelings contain a poison that should be avoided.

Hello kimisfishing, we are nearly neighbors......I live at Jasper, AR I think if you had chickens and goats there wouldn't be one green thing left on earth!

hey we are close, I was starting to think I wat the only one in my area.

my chicks have cleaned out the pen of all grass in less than a week so I understand. I really want more chickens LOL I got the *not enough chickens blues* LOL

maybe later if you sell chicks or eggs I could get some from you.

I heard chickens don't like anything spicy, not sure how true it is.
