Chickens are attracted to red. It may be easier to tell though depending on the breeds you have. Do you have any other breeds that lay white eggs?

My husband did just threaten to leave me though if I asked him to have any part in doing that poor guy, he put up with alot but apparently putting food dye on a chickens hiney is a line he isnt willing to cross...i thought it was genius

Don't mind the hair cut, it has been all nasty and muddy lately and my dad didn't want it to freeze. Here they are next to each other Last edited: Jan 24, 2011
