This hen is red and black with a blue sheen on tail feathers. I know it's a wyandotte but cant find the same coloring to find her exact breed. Hens hatch date is March 18th, making her almost 2 months old.

3 months roughly

If they're three months old, then they're definetly all pullets. Pullets and hens will occasionally squabble to define the hierarchy, or pecking order, in the flock.
Here is how you can tell the difference between a male and female at this age.

I am going to sound stupid here but what does barred mean? I am learning as we go. the chicks were going to be destroyed so I took them. My wife said the white ones fight a bit so she thought they must be roosters. I would be over the moon if they are all hens or at least if the white ones were. Thanks for your help.

Barred is a pattern of color on the feather. Barred Rocks, like this one, is a barred bird. So is a cuckoo marans...

We have a brown one (we thought was the cockerel) and 3 white ones we thought were hens. Please help.

It depends how old they are, it looks to me like you have a red sex link pullet on the last picture. The other 2 look like red sex link cockerels.

Was she from a hatchery or feed store? If so she could be a black sex link.

She could be part Wyandotte, but definitely is a mixed breed. She has a single comb, and isn't a standard color.
