What color is my Brahma chick?

So I have 4 lf Brahma chicks that I purchased from a breeder, 2 of the chicks are clearly partridge, but I’m not sure what color/variety the other two are. The breeder listed them as: partridge, blue partridge, or splash partridge. These may also be blue buff columbian/buff columbian/splash buff columbian brahmas. I have a few of those running with my partridge pen currently.

So I’ve attached some pictures with and without flash!

There are three colors of Brahmas. Light, Dark, & Buff. The light and buff look yellow as chicks. You could have either one. It's not a Dark Brahma for sure.

I know that those are the accepted colors but the breeder I purchased them from likes to do projects, so he has some other unique colors.

These could only be either blue partridge, splash partridge, or Columbian as that’s what he had.

what color Columbian? Brahma standard colors of light and buff are a white Columbian color and a buff Columbian color.

The breeder said blue buff columbian/buff columbian/splash buff columbian brahmas.

So he has the standard buff brahma and has been experimenting from there to make the blue buff and the splash buff.
I would have to wait for feathers to figure out your little one.

Really hard to tell at this age I think until you start to see some of the wing feathers grow. And what the heck!!! I'm trying to find someone who sells blue partridge Brahmas!!!!! Gahhh

Its hard to tell at this age. I have had certain breeds hatch as yellow and turn pure white by 6 weeks. I now have a pullet that is turning a little gold and a cockerel that is developing some red mixed in. These are 12 weeks at this time.
