Hi! I'm just wondering if my Oreo is considered Grey or blue? I have included pics of him as a chick as well. Thanks!

So from what I understand, if Oreo is blue and I have a white silkie, (which I do), depending on the white silkies recessive color I could get splash babies? If this sounds stupid sorry!! I'm SUPER new to the whole color genetics thing. :hmm

Your question is not stupid, genetics are confusing. 😊 You will most likely get blue or black babies. Hard to know what your white silkie is "hiding" underneath the white. If there is blue, then splash would be possible. You would have to breed them and see! Many recessive whites also carry partridge, so a variation of this can pop up as well.
When I bred my white silkie to splash. All the babies were blue.
When I bred him to black, all the babies were black.
And of course white, all the babies were white. 😊
