What color is this banty Phoenix?

Looks Red Dun, but the blueish color in the pullets hackles is something I'm not sure is normal for a dun bird.

I made a mistake. The colors the breeder had were Dunn, Black Breasted Red, and Silver. Could the rooster be BB red x Dunn?

I'm almost positive they're Dunn x BB red. I don't think silver would make a color like this and the breeder didn't have any mixed colors she was breeding.

Yeah, he's definitely Dun X BB Red.

ETA: the breeder had dunn, (which I think is the same thing as blue breasted red) silver, and gold duckwing.

Dun isn’t the same as blue breasted red, though it can look similar. Your hen looks like she’s dun gold duckwing with extra mahogany.

Yes, duckwing + the gold gene doesn’t necessarily have to come from gold duckwing.
