I don't think so, she is too orange in colour to be a purple.could she be a purple blackshoulder? I'm guessing cause I have nothing to compare her with LOL
With having 2 white hens, your IB split to peach is quite possibly dark pied. Being born in 2010, he is only 2, but many get some fertility out of their 2 year old males (I haven't yet, and I don't count on it). My friend's IBBS was only fertile for the first 2 eggs of 30 something that I incubated when he was 2, but its not uncommon to get some later in year as well.I couldn't seperate the birds this year except the charcoals. The October storm took almost all me pens down. We got the main pen and the charcoal one finished but it took us longer to get the other done. My hens with white are as follows: 2 white hens and 2 silver pied. My IB peacock split to peach was born in 2010. Granted I did see him try to breed but the hen would not let him, but that doesn't mean that he didn't on another day but I thought he was to young?
