India Blue hens don't have blue on their necks. Both of them are hens. Bronze is a male- the area below neck turning dark is a classic clue. That area stays light colored on Indian females(this area can get streaks on some black shoulder females, sometimes they are called "Seipel"). Spalding hens can and do have this area turn dark, it's not the same as on the males though.
