Is it an Isa Brown? I would just say it is red and white with some really pretty red lacing on white feathers. I don't think it is an actual "color" name.

A local breeder has a project "breed" he's working on and these are the culls. I know! I was in love when I saw them. They almost glow blue and the red is a strange dark mahogany.
Their faces though, not so cute. Really lizard looking like
