Yeah, looks like you may have a special needs chick. I'm guessing some sort of hormone deficiency, likely genetic like crash0330 said. Unless something kicks in late, I wouldn't expect eggs from this one. As long as she doesn't seem like she's suffering, and you don't mind keeping her as a pet, she may just need help keeping warm in the winter if her feathers don't come in fully.

Well and we just realized that we have only actually had them since April 30th. I don't know where we got March 30th from, but based on that date they are only 9 weeks. Which makes me feel a little better, but still thank you all so much for your feedback. It is GREATLY appreciated!
