What did I do wrong?

My chicks died before hatch day none of them absorbed their yolk sack. I kept temp at 100 & humidity 45-55 days 1-18, then bumped it up to 70 on lockdown. Any help is well appreciated. I just want this to never happen again. Also I started off with 13 eggs with 8 looking like they died around day 4-10. The remaining five had the formation of a chick they just didnt absorb the yolk.

Were those reading on the preinstalled instruments or did you use separate, I independently calibrated instruments as well?
