What did you do in the garden today?

Yes they do make a stew extra delicious. We have wild mushrooms growing in all different areas throughout our property. I always want to go try to identify them to use them but way too scared. I know if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing You could be making a trip to the hospital. I don’t know my stuff that well. I’m envious of you that do though. Sounds delicious
Morels, chicken of the woods and chanterelles are about it, I would not be willing to bet on any others without my friend, the mushroom guy, with me. We just happen to be lucky enough to have an area out in the forest that the morels love so we generally get quite a few.

Well the 7 inches of rain was annoying last week. And some this week but my gardens actually starting to look like a garden and not a big bald spot in my yard. LOL. My trellises are still bear but everything that is going to be growing up them has sprouted

Pumpkins are coming well the cucumbers are finally coming there just hard to see in the jungle of radishes and cat pumpkins are coming well the cucumbers are finally coming there just hard to see in the jungle of radishes and catmint I planted to hopefully keep those cucumber beetles away and bottle neck Gourds Coming up nicely too. So hopefully I will have nice full trellises soon
