I've always used the little zip ties, cheap & easy! Maybe you talked about this with someone else thinking it was me?

Probably, I remember someone saying they didn't want to use zip ties, sorry!

Yep hate the nope you aren't getting out of the coop yet guy job. Still it is easier to work with them on their way to feed/forage for me than to rip them off their roosts during scorpion'o'clock.

Allen, do your chickens go for the scorpions over there at all? We have a small version of scorpion, about the size of a quarter and my chickens never pass on those morsels. One of your real scorpions a chicken may not want to tangle with. Curious

This seems like the right place to post, I’m sorry if it isn’t. Not quite a garden but I decided I’d plant some chicken-edible flowers on my coop and I’d thought I’d share. The buckets have marigolds (supposedly promotes tissue growth and acts as an anti oxidant) and the flower box is geraniums. Anyone else do this and what do you plant?
