What did you do in the garden today?

A few flakes falling from time to time and we had a little snow that had collected here and there from last night. That's all melted now but a sleet mix is falling to take it's place. I was going to make a shopping run tomorrow but we'll have to see how the weather goes. It's really rare but we're told it does snow here about every 5 years. There's even pictures of the lake itself frozen and thick enough to walk on.

@BReeder!, that is a lot of covid to have to deal with and I'm so glad it's been as light for you as it's been.

And I love your newest avatar @igorsMistress, bullys have such a sense of humor.

Thanks, it’s Abby after having a muddy game
of fetch at the park and the dreaded b word (bath).

Moved some stuff around today. Man I overdid it yesterday my hands and fingers just don't want to work, it's like im telling them close grab, but my fingers are saying no no NO, we don't WANT to. Getting old sucks sometimes. got the buckets of sweet potatos washed and now letting them rest a bit before eating and processing them. Saving the smaller ones as spuds for next seasons crops.

my fingers are singing the same song, lol.

we have spring temperatures with some rain. I helped a neighbors daughter (15 yo) to till a small patch of their backyard. we are going to plant lettuce, onions and spinach. this is the very first girl's garden ever. she is so exited.
How good of you !

That is so cool, have fun! I hope she’s inspired to continue gardening.

Im paying dearly for my gardening the other day. So, doing little stuff today. Planting garlic bulbs into little pots to sell later on... type little stuff. My wrists are destroyed and my shoulder, the one that has not been rebuilt... probably going to have to get a shot next week when I see the pain doc. But you know what, $#% it, if I can't enjoy even the simple things in life like gardening or fishing, then ..stick me in a bag and in the dirt right now because I don't want to be around. I'll figure a way to make it work. Hell, even if I have to throw scratch grains down and let the girls 'till the soil' for me, I'll figure something out :D
