What did you do in the garden today?

Can't you wear rubber gloves?
I should... I don't have them though. And the ones they sell at stores for dish washing never fit my hands. I swear, manufacturers and retailers clearly assume the only people washing with gloves are dainty women. I had a box of latex gloves that would work to keep my hands from pruning, but I cannot find them.

My hands are pruned. I just washed 42 pots and 3 flats for my Amish Paste starts. They are 3.5" pots and I can get 14 of them into a starter flat. I an going to plant 60 seeds in them, so 18 will have two seeds. That's all the Amish Paste seeds I have and I hope to get 40 plants to transplant into the garden in May. I also still need to wash more pots for the Purple Cherokee and Yellow Pear starts (12 each I think) I'm targeting the weekend after Valentine's for sowing tomato seeds, but I might end up doing it a little sooner...

I need to figure out how early I started peppers last year. I think it was right with the tomatoes. Thinking I should start eggplant with tomatoes also. If so, that means even more washing. I need 32 pepper transplants and 6 eggplant transplants for the garden, so probably washing another 42 pots and 3 flats. My poor hands...
You told us last year. Do a post search under your user name.

Ok, this post is a little late, and yes my photoshop skills DO suck, so there is that, but I believe we broached this topic a few days ago? Seen a cartoon, had to modify it slightly, but think it fits here nicely !

Supposedly there's a potato famine going on that's why some grocery chains can't find/get potatoes, potato chips, and other potato-based products.

Note that I said SUPPOSEDLY. It's hard to tell what is fake news these days. I find everything suspect..... 😂
No problems or shortage of anything here.
