I have a big smell problem. One day while I was pruning my Brazilian Cherry tree, I decided to make compost tea with the leaves and branches. I was hoping that the branches would become soft and break down if I soaked them in water., but I don't think that's going to happen and the Rubbermaid trash bin that is filled with polluted water smell worst then human dodo. I think I screwed up when I put in some chicken manure compost.
Now I have to figure out a way to get rid of the polluted water without disturbing my neighbor. It only smells when I open the cover, but when the polluted water got on my hands, I couldn't soap out the smell from my skin.
I won't be able to use the liquid as a fertilizer. The next time I do this, I will try it with out the chicken manure and put the trash bin further away from my neighbors side.
