The inner pot in an Instant Pot is stainless steel. That was the clincher for me. I prefer not to use non-stick pans either.
I dug my garlic today too. This time, I used a pitchfork instead of a shovel. I like it better. I did still manage to stab a couple, but that's ok, as I need some garlic, and those can go first. I also built some drying racks for garlic now, onions later.

They're different sizes as they're made out of scrap wood, so I have to go with what I find.
A friend gave me a bunch of onion sets, and I planted them in the garlic bed. They have a bit of time to grow, and I'll see what we get. They wouldn't have kept until next spring, so might as well plant them.
These tomatoes are the variety Hungarian Heart, which is new to me.

That plant has the biggest tomatoes of any of them! I'll be growing this variety again.
I think we got nearly 1/3 to 1/2" of rain last night. With the stuff we got yesterday morning, surely at least 1/2" so a nice soaking. We might get more tonight. I'll take it.
