It's so heavy loaded up you can't move it on its industrial casters. So you cannot load it from the back with fresh jars like you should. To put fresh in, you have to unload it from the front and work your way forward each time. And even at a slight angle, the weight of the back jars cause great pressure on the forward jars. Some of the wide mouth jars cause pressure on the sealing rim as they have no shoulder to act as a buffer. I have used non slide padding under the jars, which works for the sliding down problem, but also keeps them FROM sliding forward when you remove a jar. So when you remove a jar, each jar must be lifted to a forward position, which means you also have to leave room for your arm.May I ask why? It looks so handy.
