I haven’t seen a big jump in seeds from my local source. Maybe the big companies, but I haven’t bought any from them to date.

My favorite are the Rosalee or Sunrise apples.
I like a tart and sweet apple.
I picked up a lemonade apple yesterday, I'll try it after they cool down.

Cold and blustery day here - high of 37, then back to near and at 50 for the next 10 days.
Still no real moisture to speak of.

New bath vanity and sink ordered, but I'm taking a half day off from the remodel (maybe the whole) to get to the post office and the village.
========
Nothing in the garden but a quick glance over to make sure it's still there, yep.

Made Christmas cookies yesterday and Chilli today. Sunny and 37 here.

Tiny amount of shopping is done (wrapping isn't)/
Now I can kick back and just soak in the season.

I set up 3 sun sugar cherry tomato kratky buckets a while ago. I have a 1/2-inch drain pipe up to the bottom of the 2 smaller cherry tomato net cups and I will cut it when the solution level reaches to about 6 inches. The 1/2-inch drainpipe inside the bigger cherry tomato plant bucket has already been adjusted and I have been pouring solution in daily to keep the level constant. The solution drains to a reservoir, so there is no waste and it's easy to do.

I got a volunteer Malabar spinach, it's good to have around. I put it on my saimin, I think it taste better than choy sum.

I've never heard of or tried either of those varieties... I also love a tart and sweet apple. Pink Lady, Sugar Bee, and Granny Smith are my regular go-to's... But I'm always open to trying others!
