The easiest way to find out if it can be shipped to California is to go to a garden site that sells what you want to ship . The site will show 'cannot be shipped to California'. Others I've seen are citrus to Florida. Grapes to Maine, Oregon, as washington.

Tornado warnings in my area last night. Have not heard of any damage yet. I woke up to blurry vision. Took an hour to clear up. Bloodshot eye. My good eye. I need to get it checked. I had a biopsy of a plantar foot wart yesterday. Now I have a sore foot. I have been trying to get rid of it for a year. Back in 1964 it was a burn off procedure that took maybe 10 minutes. One and done. Now it is a money maker of beetle juice and wart stick acid treatments. 5 times and still there a year later. Went from pea size to 1 inch.
I told them their best treatment was not the best as I had the best in 64.

I just had lightening and hail. No damage that I have seen.
Did you sneeze? I blew a blood vessel and the Dr says even a sneeze can do it. Best to get it checked for sure.
Can get the wart stick yourself, would think they would have better methods.

Wart stick is OTC. I have a 2 pm with the eye doctor.

Question has anyone eaten a Turban squash? Wondering if they taste good.

Dealing with the same thing trying to get rid of a corn-18 months on...
It's been frozen TWICE at the docs but I'm having better luck soaking, sanding, and coating in witch hazel.

It dawned on me later yesterday day you had mentioned the atmospheric river. I realized then where you probably were. Sometimes my mind works slowly in the early am!

I am in NC, a long way. I was going to suggest cuttings since I've never seen seed. I wonder if they would make it cross country without freezing right now?

I have seen Marantas in a few big box nurseries pretty cheap. It is fairly common.
Or we could wait a couple weeks and try shipping cuttings?

I will see if I can find them. If not I'll try ordering some. My birth place is NC

Beautiful day today. Makes me want to be outside... Took a 10 min break to go stroll through the garden. Realized that my Glencoe raspberries have reached over their trellis and rooted themselves in places they are not supposed to be, like the blueberry bed and behind the hoop house where I mulched to keep weeds down. Grrr....

Also realized I have several raised beds that are infested with fire ants.

Lastly, I made a mistake and transplanted some irises into a couple of tire beds that I'm intending to yank out and replace with raised self-watering beds. Doh! I've got onions sprouting in those beds too that are going to have to come out or be moved.
