What did you do in the garden today?

What have you got growing in them? I love the, too ♡
I have 2 strawberry towers (one is mostly empty, I'm rooting runners from the first one), one salad greens/celery, one onion, one hot peppers, one bush beans, one with misc leftovers & eggplant & one still in the box! I do have some flowers mixed in them all. When the greens bolt I'm going to do bush cucumbers in that one. I did go out & get some broccoli & cauliflower seeds at lunch! I'm thinking I may try it next year. What do you have planted?

I skipped getting zinnia seeds, I'll save them from this year.

Early walk around before work, I saw a welcome visitor. I figure my place must be healthy if this little dude visits. I moved him to the direction he was headed, the wildflower garden. Shell blends right in with yellow flowers.

I see this weed growing & I don't really mind it. Reminds me of Baby's Breath but it isn't that, the stems are short.

My little Hydrangea is blooming. ❤️

The Crepe Myrtle is growing. Can't wait to see it bloom.

I heard a familiar sound last night. It's almost like a chicken sound, a hen can make some funny sounds now & then. It seemed to be right by the back door, which is not possible, considering where the coops are. I had to go see who was making this odd sound. I went out there & saw no birds at all. No foxes. No one. I went back in to make dinner. There it was again...sounded like it was right there by the kitchen window now. I remembered the last time I heard something similar. I checked, lo & behold, ya know that crazy gray tree frog I relocated a few weeks ago? Took it to a nice pond with tons of trees about 2 acres away. That little stinker came back! Same crazy tree frog! There it is...hiding from the hot sun, in a shaded crevice of a wooden rack, on the deck, by the kitchen window. For a small critter, it can make some noise! Lol

It looks like stone. I have some of those in my gutters or somewhere about the roof.

One with strawberries (I over-watered and lost several plants - but am rooting a couple runners, so will eventually replace them), one with yellow wax beans, one with pickling cucumbers, one with salad greens, one with onions, one with carrots and one with a mixture of baby carrots, kale, celery.

We have a lot of green ones but this is the only gray type I've ever seen. Looks like this little frog is where it wants to be. Go figure. I'm not going to move it again...Considering the effort it made to get back here. Why? No clue. Nature can be so funny at times. 😂
