What did you do in the garden today?

I go about once a month or 3. So things I like some I don't. If I could only shop at one store it wouldn't be aldi. But it is one of 3 grocery stores I shop at regularly.
Their goat cheese is cheap and doesn't bother me. The other store's are 2x as much and I swear there's cow milk in there because it bothers me.
I like the guacamole 6 pac of single servings, jerky dog treats, blue organic corn chips, can organic pinto beans, organic salsa, can salmon, pole caught skipjack tuna, organic grapes and bananas.
I have gotten a ex large stock pot and a spaghetti pot with strainer, the softest blankets and jacket and the thickest exercise mat.

I will keep this all in mind if I go back there. It’s out of the way, but sometimes a change of scenery is nice. I already have three stores I shop, which is a pain.

Has anyone tried dryer sheets stuck in boots and clothing to repel mosquitoes? ON FB garden group someone posted it worked for them. My face breaks out to clothes dried with smelly dryer sheets touching my face, like sheets and coats .... so I don't have any to try.

I did try it and one/ 2 years it worked but hasn't since. I tried it while camping and it didn't do anything except maybe attracted them. Bounce dryer sheets and they have to be unused.

I don't have one near me, but I did years ago - wasn't impressed way back then. It's weird the obsession people have with Aldi! If I had one close I'd give it another shot.

Same. I've never seen an Aldi's that was clean and didn't give me a "dumpster diving" vibe.

Here too. In Germany, they're a really market. Here, you have no idea what's in there on any given day, and ours are dirty and smell of soured milk or bad sewage/sour food.
I still have to go to the regular market, so why bother with Aldi?

Ours are dirty and utterly useless as a grocery.
