What did you do in the garden today?

Have you tried one of those masks that goes in the fridge? When my eyes feel like they’re going to pop out of my head it really helps me after the Navage until the Tylenol sets in.

I wasn't aware of a cooling mask for my sinuses but I've used cold wet wash clothes for headaches so it makes sense now. Thank you for sharing

Today I am officially a duck mom. I wanted more chicks but they were sold out so I got 4 ducklings.

I wanted more chickens and some ducks. years later I have more ducks than chickens, lol. ducks don't get sick, eat less and are easier to work with.

Thank you for letting me know. I don't know what breed but they're so cute I just decided that I couldn't pass them up. Although I'm a bit concerned about buying them from TSC because it said that they just turn the babies that are left into the wild. . That's not good or right

63 yesterday and a high of 33 today. Ugh I hate big temp changes. I managed to find a spot out of the wind yesterday because it is just wrong to stay inside at 63 degrees. Overdid it a bit and sore muscles. Gone now. I will rest today. I uncovered the mums a bit early as 16 for the low tonight. That was not in the forecast when I uncovered.

I'm already in love with them. I named them after the Disney princesses. They're so cute. I have a ton of learning to do though I don't know that anyone in my family has ever had ducks.

I can tell you that a cheap bag of frozen peas from walmart is a good investment. I get the 2 lb bag and while I usually defrost them, my whole flock likes them frozen in summer when it’s hot. This is the key my relationship with my ducks

My chickens either stayed in the coops or up against the house.
