Peach and pear trees bloomed.Peas and lettuce are up, and I've been eating Fresh Kale . I'm trying to be patient on everything else. Spring is so beautiful.

We had a salad with fresh from the garden last night.

14 this morning and headed for 40. Burned a pile of branches I piled on the windy day. Did a oxalic acid vapor treatment on the beehives. Rain coming Tuesday and Wednesday.

@TJAnonymous, I was wondering if you could share a picture of the pond area you have for your ducks. I'm really trying to make sure I have all my ducks in a row , a little pun intended. I just really want to get everything set up good before they need to be outside. Thank you

My pond is about a quarter acre? Maybe a little bigger. And about 4-5 ft deep in the center. It was here when we bought the house. It's about 125 feet or so away from my duck pen & coop. I had to teach them to find it at first... And to go back to the duck coop in the evening, but once we got that down everything was golden. The older ducks taught the younger ones the ropes.

Haven't finished the new strawberry bed yet but I did get my apple seedlings transplanted. Went ahead and fertilized everything in the garden and all the fruit & nut trees.

Taking a break to eat some lunch and then hopefully get the strawberries done!

My Red Coral grape tomatoes are thriving in my Kratky buckets. I see a lot of green tomato clusters on my plants. Hopefully, I get to taste some ripe grape tomatoes by next month. The Red Coral tomato is listed as indeterminate but grows like a determinate variety. The tops turn into flower and new growth comes from the suckers, but they also turn into flower. The plant looks like a coral.
My chickens will probably get the lower ones.
